Shipping Policy
Working days are Monday-Friday.
Processing can take up to 10 working days.
Whilst we aim to process this faster, this will be the maximum time.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and your order should arrive within the next working day.
Incorrect Mailing Address
We would hate for you not to receive an order. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or missing mailing address details provided by the customer. Please double-check that your address is entered correctly during checkout.
Lost/Missing Parcels
Once your package has been delivered and confirmed by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. We do not offer refunds or reshipments for packages marked as delivered by the courier. However, if this occurs, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
Please note that shipping times may vary during busy seasons, strike periods, public holidays, and other exceptional circumstances.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 3 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same day, provided all security checks are cleared.
Due to the expected high volume of orders during busy periods, such as festive seasons and bank holidays, order processing may take up to 14 working days.

UK DELIVERY
We ship with DHL, Royal Mail, DPD and, on some occasions, yodel.
SOME BUSINESSES WON'T ACCEPT SATURDAY DELIVERIES, INCLUDING:
- Banks
- Building societies
- Travel agents
- Jewellers
- Post Office® branches
- We can't guarantee Saturday delivery to Herm, Sark, and Alderney
If delivery is attempted whilst no one is at your specified shipping address, your shipping provider may leave a notice card that will advise you to collect your package at your local depot.
PUBLIC BANK HOLIDAYS
There will be NO Royal Mail deliveries over the public bank holidays.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers located outside of the U.K. are subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country and paid by the customer. Please note that regulations and guidelines differ by country and we are not liable for the additional costs.
It is highly advised to check with the local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by the customer to ensure an accurate calculation.
If the customer refuses the package, they are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received at the warehouse.
Important Information
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control and liability. Customers are encouraged to monitor their order tracking information closely and notify us of any delivery issues within 14 days from the dispatch date. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate delivery problems or lost items reported after this 14-day period.
Please note, we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if the courier was authorised to leave the package unattended in the absence of someone to sign for it at the delivery address.
