Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we only accept returns or exchanges if an incorrect item has been received.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To resolve any issues with your order, please provide an unboxing video. We cannot process claims without this documentation. To report an issue, please get in touch with us at info@migliorehair.com with your full name and order number. We kindly ask that you allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Our response times are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 GMT, excluding UK and national holidays. If your order is eligible for a refund or exchange due to specific reasons, initial shipping fees will be included in your refund.
Please note that if your order is eligible for an exchange or refund but is sent back after 14 days of your email, it will no longer be eligible for an exchange or refund.
We meticulously inspect all items and parcels before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. Upon delivery, please check your order and notify us immediately if you find any defects or damages or received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
